KINDERGYM PROGRAM
Age: 4-6 y. old Duration: 45 min.
In the KINDERGYM Program, children learn independence as they learn with parents off the floor and cheering from the sideline.
This program is designed to develop listening skills, basic motor skills, coordination, spatial awareness and self confidence.
ANNUAL GYM SHOW:
***On Saturday, June 13, we will be having our annual Gym Show at the River Valley Community Centre (arena) in Grand Bay-Westfield. Participation is optional. The show will be held in the afternoon. Kindergym participants do need to attend the general rehearsal on Saturday morning.
Our KINDERGYM classes are available at the following times:
. Thursday; 4:15 PM - 5:00 PM (NEW TIME!!!)
. Friday; 3:15 PM - 4:00 PM
. Saturday; 9:15 AM - 10:00 AM
. Saturday; 2:00 PM - 2:45 PM
